About me

ABOUT ME
I help organzations use AI to comply with food waste legislation.

I'm Becky Collins, an AI trainer based in Bimingham, West Midlands. After 25 years working in media with teams to improve operational efficincy, managing complex projects across APAC, LATAM and Europe I now help organizations use AI to meet their food waste reporting obligations.

The new wave of UK food waste legislation is creating a compliance problem that most teams aren't equipped to solve. The data exists but it's fragmented. The deadlines are real, and the manual approach - copying and pasting between spreadsheets, calculating CO2e by hand, producing reports weeks after the period ends simply isn't viable anymore.

I built the Sustainable Intelligence Framework to fix that. It's a practical four sessions AI training programmes that takes your existing data and turns it into audit ready reports for stakeholders reporting and compliance submissions. No coding. No technical background needed.

My clients include farmers, local authorities, schools, food manufacturers and sustainability teams who need to prove their food waste to an auditor, a governor, a funder or a regulator.

Specialist

I don't offer generic AI training. Every session is tailored to the food waste legislation that impacts your business. If you're facing a June 30 th EPR submission or a procurement transparency notice, that's what we work on.

Non- Technical

I am a CPD accrdited trainer and have designed the Sustainable Intelligence Framework training for sustainability, procurment and operations professionals. No technical knowledge is needed.

Sector Specific

I work across three areas where food waste legilation is landing hardest: local autorities & public sector catering, schools and education trusts and food manufaturers with Courtauld or EPR obligtions . Each has a tailored programme.
